At Box-Wow, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, here's what you need to know:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account on our website or contact our customer service team to process the cancellation.
  • 3-Month Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription after the initial 3-month period. Please contact our customer service or log into your account to cancel.
  • 6-Month Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription after the initial 6-month period. Cancellation can be done through the website or by contacting customer service.
  • 12-Month Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription after the initial 12-month period. Please contact customer service or log into your account to cancel.

Please note that cancellations will apply to future billing cycles. You will continue to receive boxes for the current billing period.

Return Policy:

We want your dog to enjoy every Box-Wow delivery! However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Here’s our policy:

  • Unused Products: We accept returns only for unused products. If your box includes an item you’d like to return, please ensure it is unused, and contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If any toy or item in your box breaks within 7 days of receiving it, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please contact us with a description and, if possible, a photo of the damaged product so we can quickly resolve the issue.
